Awhile back, some friends in the Canadian tourist business invited me to Nova Scotia for a tour of feasting. Being a writer who specializes in architecture and design, I spent a lot of time looking at buildings. I also took the video camera, shot a bunch of tape and began cutting the footage into segments.
